Baha’i Centre Holds Graduation Ceremony (The Gambia)

The Baha’i Centre in Bakau on Friday held its 19th graduation ceremony at its office in Bakau New Town.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ahmed Aloa Alota of The Point newspaper, who stood in for Dr. Abubacarr Senghore, Head of the Department of Social Sciences, University of The Gambia, advised the course participants to optimally utilize the knowledge gained during the IT course.

He observed that the course would greatly help them in the use of internet.

For his part, Mr. Bakary Bojang, the course coordinator, expressed appreciation to the Baha’i Centre for their invaluable support to Gambians.

He expressed optimism that the centre would continue to help Gambians.

As part of the ceremony, certificates were awarded to outstanding participants.
